Here are a few answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

1. Can I register for an account on the website so I can access all areas?

Answer: No. Once you join the grotto, an account will be created for you, and your sign in name and password given to you by the Executive Committee. Once you have signed in for the first time, you can then edit your User name and Password in the "Your Details" section.

2. What is the yearly cost of membership?

Answer: There are 3 classes of membership. FULL, ASSOCIATE, and FAMILY.

The costs for FULL and ASSOCIATE memberships are $20 per year. The cost for FAMILY membership is $10 per year.

To qualify for FAMILY membership, you must be an NSS member, and you must reside at the same address as a FULL or ASSOCIATE member.

3. How often do you have meetings?

Answer: We try to have a meeting at least once a month, usually on the first Saturday. We keep an up-to-date schedule on the site, containing meeting information. It can be found here .

4. What kind of outings do you have, and how often?

Answer: We mostly have Cave Oriented outings / trips, but, all members are involved in many outdoor activities, such as Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Camping, Hiking, Canoeing, Kayaking, and generaly any outdoor activity you can imagine!! Check the forum for ideas or to find a trip to participate in.
